Some of the types of documents that commonly require notarization are: -Power of Attorney -Bill of Sale -Contracts and Agreements -Affidavits -Consent Forms -School Documents -Medical Documents -Immigration Documents * Base fee of $75 includes up to 3 notarizations plus travel fees up to 25 miles. Additional fees: - Each additional notarization is $5 per stamp. - Travel fees, $10 for every additional 5 miles - Expedited Same Day Service is $35 in addition to base fee. * Base fee is required at time of scheduling, if additional fees are necessary, you will receive an invoice for fees to be paid prior to appointment. Client must bring a valid, unexpired government issued photo identification to the appointment, as well as all documents to be notarized. All signers must be present.
